Drawing from the 12 Core Functions, Global Criteria, and CARF Accreditation Manual, participants will learn the fundamentals of building a patient-centered treatment plan. Problem identi­fication, short and long-term goal formulation and differentiation, S.M.A.R.T. goal generation, and action planning are emphasized. Navigating the ASAM six dimensions as applied to a chemical dependence treatment plan is also covered.
